fun and fellowship and some mighty fine German pancakes!

Episcopal Church Women:
The ECW is an organization
throughout the Episcopal Church, which unites women in a program of
worship, fellowship, and service to God, parish, diocese, and church.
At Incarnation we participate in workshops, luncheons, and fund raising
activities. On Tuesday mornings, we gather to worship, and stay to enjoy
fellowship, discussion, lunch, and to work on projects for our annual
holiday bazaar. We sponsor two major fund raising events a year: a book
sale in June and a bazaar in November. The funds that we raise are given
to the parish as a pledge to the budget.
-
Leaven Group:
The Leaven Group consists of Bible study and social time together. We
meet Tuesday evenings, except for the last Tuesday of the month. Our
purpose is to gain more knowledge about the Bible and to be supportive
of one another. All are welcome! (Note: The Leaven Group will not
be meeting during March 2012.)
-
Schola Cantorum:
The schola cantorum (also known as the church choir) rehearses Sundays
at 9:15 a.m. If
you are interested in joining the choir please talk to the music director.
-
Tuesday Craft Group:
This co-ed group gathers each week in the parish hall for fellowship
and for work on ECW projects to use in the parish or to sell at the
annual bazaar. It meets at 10:45 a.m. following the Tuesday morning
Eucharist. Be sure to bring a bag lunch!
-
Movie Night:
Join us on the fourth Monday of the month for a potluck supper at 6:00
p.m., followed
by a movie at 7:00 p.m. Contact
Fr. Joe Holt with your
movie suggestions.
-
Book Group:
This group meets monthly to discuss selected books, including fiction
and nonfiction. Meetings are on a selected Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the
library. Please contact the parish office for the date of the upcoming
meeting.
